How does Core Ops Cleaners work?

 

We are a cleaning company that puts our clients first. Our cleaners are in house employees, not 1099 contractors. Everyone of our team members care about your home or your work space and will treat it as if it were our own. We are fully insured, background checked and professionally trained. Leave the cleaning to us so you can relax.

Do you need to be present when we are performing work on site?

As long as we are able to obtain access, your home and office will remain safe with us. 

Is Core Ops Cleaners insured?

Yes. We are covered with a comprehensive multimillion dollar policy. 

Residential Cleaning

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?

We provide the cleaning supplies. From vacuums to swiffer mops, you can leave that all to us. However, if you want us to use a specific cleaning solution, feel free to leave it out for our cleaners to use.

What if I just had renovation work done?

We offer post-construction cleaning. Rates vary depending on the size of the job. 

Can I give specific instructions to the cleaners and ask for special requests? 

Our cleaners clean according to specific training checklists. If you have any special requests, feel free to pass them along prior to your clean and we will note it on their list.

Commercial Cleaning

Do you clean during or after business hours?

 

We are super flexible. We can clean during, before or after regular business hours. We are open 24 hours a day!

Is there managerial oversight? 

A manager will always be available over the phone. Our cleaners are professionally trained to handle any situation.

How do I get an office cleaning quote? 

You can schedule an in-person walkthrough that we guarantee to complete within 48 hours. We then quickly follow up with an accurate quote. 

Billing & Cancellation

How do I pay for your services?

You'll be able to pay by credit card, ACH, wire transfer or checks. 

When does my card get charged? 

For one-off residential cleanings, you will be charged before the job. Anything else, you will receive an invoice to pay on the first monday of every month.

What is your Cancellation policy? 

Once a cleaning is confirmed, you have up to 72 hours to cancel the cleaning. 

For recurring services, if you are satisfied with your first month of cleaning, we then contract our services with a 30 day cancellation policy.

Do I leave a tip? 

Tips are not required but greatly appreciated.
